After working for Roofing Contractors and Manufacturers for many years, I knew it was time to go out on my own. With over 20 years of roofing experience, I learned that quality products, the ability to do what I say I am going to do, the best customer service, and the ability to build relationships would make a long lasting company.  I am a family owned, small business that is driven by values and appreciation for the business presented to me.

The owners are highly trained professionals who specialize in commercial roof repair/ replacement and the highest quality roof coating systems. Our services include energy-efficient roof coatings and roofing materials, solar energy technology, roof repairs, maintenance, roof safety equipment. With our Elastomeric roof coatings, AESC can offer the building owner or management the option of not having to always replace your existing roof. We can offer 5,10,15,20 year warranties on all our Commercial Roof Coating projects. If the roof is in such condition that the roof must be replaced, we are certified to do that replacement, as well.

Our focus is to give the building owner or management the options necessary to make an informed decision.
