Harold Mante, President and founder, began in the fence business in 1974. American Fence, Inc. was incorporated in 1983 and has been at its present location of 2738 Eberhart Road, Whitehall, PA since 1987.

On September 11th, 2012, American Fence erected a 30’ by 50’ American flag beside our office. It is the largest hanging flag in the Lehigh Valley, and will remain in place indefinitely. As a result, American Fence, Inc. became American Fence & Flag, and we are now partnered with Annin Flagmakers, a sixth-generation family company that has been making flags since 1847.

American Fence & Flag does installations, as well as materials-only for the do-it-yourselfer. We are dedicated to offering the best quality products and services available at a price that is fair to our customers.
