We are the premier aerospace assembly company in California, with an experienced staff of over 25 years of experience in the industry, providing our expertise to industry leaders in the aerospace aircraft and launch companies as well as companies with non-aerospace commercial applications. Our main area of expertise is bearing assembly (bearing installation, bearing swaging, roller swaging, bearing staking, anvil staking, ball staking, and proof-load testing), however, we are more than proficient in many other assembly installations as follow:  Bushing installation, swaging, sizing, press-fit and shrink fit such as bushings,  Helicoil & Kato inserts,  Rosan Fittings and threaded fastener installation, Keenserts (keyed inserts), keyed insert studs. Rivet (solid and mechanical such as cherry max, cherry lock, blind rivets), Nutplate installation, Mechanical and sub-assemblies (nutplates, huckbolts, lockbolts, clinch nuts, Hi-Lok, Hi-Shear), Lee plug and Lee Jetta installation, Ground stud installation, torque and electrical bond testing, and lockwire/safety wire assemblies. We are Certified to Clickbond nutplate installation and testing to CBPS206 & CBPS207 plus LMA-PK004 and Certified Fatigue FleXmate Expanded Fitting installation to FTI specification plus LMA-PB037 as well as Fatigue Technologies – Split Sleeve Cold work. We have the capability to create and modify our own bearing tooling, as well as other tooling to support the assemblies noted above. Additionally, we are stocked for all sizes of keensert (keyed) insert, stud, and helicoil insert tooling.
