American Samoa Community College (ASCC) is a junior college based in American Samoa, United States, delivering affordable post-secondary education. It is accredited by the Accrediting Commission of Community and Junior Colleges, part of the Western Association of Schools and Colleges. As an open-admissions, land-grant institution, ASCC provides access to bachelor’s and associate degrees and certificate programs to prepare students for transferring to higher education, entering the workforce, or pursuing research and extension in human and natural resources relevant to the Samoa and Pacific region. ASCC serves a diverse student population, including those who are underserved or non-traditional, with a mission to contribute to the educational, social, cultural, political, economic, technological, and environmental well-being of American Samoa and the Pacific. The college emphasizes core values such as student-centered learning, respect for diversity, collaboration and teamwork, respect for tradition and culture, and lifelong learning. It maintains a long-standing partnership with the University of Hawaiʻi in the Cohort Teacher Education Program. In May 2025, ASCC conducted its 82nd commencement ceremony at Kanana Fou Gymnasium.
