Rather than a “one-size-fits-all” approach, we work with our member credit unions and state regulators to develop flexible programs that focus on meeting consumer needs and sustaining charters. Our primary focus is on the safety and soundness of the credit union, leaving regulatory oversight to the individual state credit authority.
