The American Society of Landscape Architects is a United States-based nonprofit professional association for landscape architects, founded in 1899. It represents more than 15,000 members and serves as a national hub for the profession. Through resources, advocacy, and programs, it supports members in pursuing sustainable and equitable landscape design and practice. The organization oversees the ASLA Fund, which directs efforts toward global, social, and environmental change through landscape architecture. In 2026, it expanded educational offerings with a Biodiversity & Climate Action 101 webinar series to bolster climate resilience and biodiversity knowledge among practitioners.
