AMO Group is a family-led construction company based in Leeds, Yorkshire, England. Since its establishment in 1989 by Peter Hudson, the company has designed and supplied protective and sheltering installations for commercial, industrial, and domestic clients nationwide, including roller shutters, steel doors, security grilles, and a range of awnings and garage doors. The firm remains family-owned and is led from its Yorkshire head office by Peter Hudson's daughter, Rachael Hudson. AMO Group also serves as the parent company for the Lakeland Home Innovations brand, expanding its home improvement offerings. In 2014, AMO acquired Lakeland Awnings to establish the Lakeland brand, which now includes contemporary outdoor solutions such as glass houses, patio roofs, retractable awnings, pergolas, and verandas. The company operates from its Leeds base to serve customers across the region and beyond.
