Anchor Investments is a private, Nashville-based real estate investment company with a strategic focus to acquire, develop and manage income-producing commercial properties in the Southeast. As a secondary strategy, Anchor purchases residential land or properties and repositions those assets.

An active operator and investor, Anchor targets value-added commercial properties that are inefficiently priced due to a variety of circumstances, such as poorly-capitalized ownership groups, vacancies, rollover risk, inefficient current use, deferred maintenance or other unfavorable property and market conditions. Anchor purchases opportunistic commercial assets and creates value by repositioning them and correcting these deficiencies.

The partners of Anchor rely on their diverse experience in leasing, management, acquisition/disposition and development of commercial assets to make their investment decisions. Throughout their careers, the partners have taken advantage of market timing and low interest rate environments, thus positioning themselves to have liquidity when capital is otherwise scarce.
