Founded in 1974, Anchorage Neighborhood Health Center began with a small team of clinicians in a trailer and has grown into one of Alaska's largest comprehensive primary care and dental practices. Based in Anchorage, it operates as Alaska’s first Community Health Center and as a Federally Qualified Health Center under the Public Health Service Act. The center serves more than 15,000 patients each year across more than 53,000 visits, delivering integrated primary care, dental services, behavioral health, pharmacy services, and enabling supports to help patients stay connected to care.
