Municipal resurfacing Strong opportunity with county and municipal road projects, as evidenced by a recent contract for resurfacing and minor utilities along a county highway. Engage local government procurement channels and stay informed on road maintenance bids to position Anderson Brothers as a trusted contractor for infrastructure upgrades.

Public works footprint Experience in municipal, commercial, and residential infrastructure suggests flexibility across project types. Develop cross-sell strategies to public sector clients (streets, utilities, site development) and explore partnerships for joint ventures on larger scale projects.

Mid-market growth Revenue in the 10–25 million range aligns with mid-market construction opportunities. Target mid-sized developers and regional property owners who require reliable subcontracting for earthwork, underground utilities, concrete, and paving services.

Technology stack Leveraging accessible tools like Squarespace, Microsoft Office, and web fonts indicates a lean tech footprint. Offer scalable, value-add solutions such as project management dashboards, digital document control, and BIM-ready data exchanges to improve efficiency on-site and in coordination.

Local presence Brainerd-based operations with a regional project focus present a door for localized vendor programs, preferred supplier agreements, and quick-response service capabilities for county and municipal maintenance cycles.
