AndMark Management Company is a real estate investment firm that focuses on high quality multi-family residential rental properties targeted toward workforce housing in smaller to medium sized cities throughout the United States.  Beginning in 2015, our management company partners pooled personal resources and our accumulated investment experience to pursue the attractive yields available through investment in this market sector.  We structure each AndMark Investment Fund to maximize alignment of interests with our investors, by only charging each fund for out-of-pocket operating expenses, and providing for incentive profit allocation only after investors have received attractive base returns.  We pursue properties in secondary and tertiary markets (smaller state capitals, homes to universities, and corporate headquarters) where we have confidence in the strength of the middle income workforce, the stability of the properties and our opportunity to generate most of our return from current cash flows rather than long term projected appreciation.
