Company History:

1999 – Established Angstrom USA – Taylor, Michigan USA

2005 – Started Driveshaft Tubes, Stainless Tubes, Universal Joint Bearing Assembly

2010 – Started Driveshaft Assemblies, Power Telescopic Steering Tubes

2010 – 2015 Acquired Metal Formed businesses including: Stamping, Machining, Forging, Casting (USA/Europe)

2015 - Launch of Steering Systems for Light Vehicle OEM market.

2018 – 2020 Acquired Resin product businesses including Plastic Injection and Polyurethane Foam products (USA)

2020 - 2022 Acquired Electrical and Lighting businesses, Battery Cables & Wire Harness (USA/Mexico/Brazil)

2022 – 2023 Acquired Resin product in Compressed Fiber products (USA/Canada)

2024 – Acquired Metal Formed business for Aluminum Castings (USA/Mexico)
