AnMed is an independent, not-for-profit health system based in Anderson, South Carolina, serving Upstate South Carolina and northeast Georgia since 1908. It is licensed for 648 beds and anchored by AnMed Medical Center, a 495-bed acute-care hospital that has held Magnet designation since 2012. The system includes a heart and vascular center, a maternity center, and a comprehensive cancer center in Anderson, plus a planned Piedmont campus opening in 2025 and other facilities such as AnMed Rehabilitation Hospital and AnMed Cannon in Pickens along with more than 60 physician practices from Easley to Hartwell, Georgia.
