Ms. Bernard is an independent consultant. Her focus is on projects that promote culture. She does the following work:

-- Working with regional and city government and offices of tourism to develop cultural attractions and bring them to light through exhibits, festivals, concerts and other creative venues.

-- Working with museums and cultural institutions to develop masterplans for the institution as a whole or for partial renovations.

-- Collaborating with curatorial staff and exhibit design departments to develop content outlines and exhibit plans.

-- Collaborating with museums and artists to curate shows.
