Antelope Valley Partners for Health is a nonprofit organization based in Lancaster in the Antelope Valley region of California, dedicated to improving health outcomes for the area's most vulnerable residents. Its efforts span expanding access to health care and addressing a broad set of community health needs, including mental health services in schools and dental health for low-income children, as well as nutrition and physical activity programs for families. The organization has also focused on issues such as infant mortality, women's health education, housing for transitional foster youth, and case management for pregnant women, among other initiatives. AVPH has built a community resource directory, a community-based care management consortium for senior citizens, and programs to address transportation and to support at-risk youth and their families through a coordinated community network. It plays a lead role in local health and health policy issues, reflecting its position within the nonprofit health sector in the region. In May 2025, AVPH expanded its reach through a partnership with Golden State Opportunity as a Community Connect Program partner, enabling it to assist more individuals facing financial hardship.
