Antenna operates in the advertising services space by connecting organizations with marketing professionals who can address immediate needs while guiding future opportunities. The company maintains a diverse network of marketers—including contractors, consultants, subject matter experts, and executives—available to be engaged on flexible terms. As part of the 24 Seven family of brands, Antenna also aligns with its sister entity Creatis, which offers marketing and creative staffing and a full design studio. This setup enables clients to adjust their teams to capitalize on new opportunities and support business growth.

Based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, Antenna serves clients seeking adaptable talent solutions in marketing and leadership roles. Its service model centers on contract, interim leadership, and direct-hire engagements to help clients execute campaigns and plan for growth. A recent development noted in July 2024 is the appointment of Rick Stuby as vice president of product management and marketing.
