It all started in 2014... In 2012, less than a year into my first post-college job at Target, I found myself overwhelmed with long hours, weekend work, and managing a team of over 70. I felt like a failure, so I quit. With my newfound time, I ordered a $200 candle making kit and started making candles. I never thought it would turn into a business; I was just sharing with family and friends. Then, the Lord revealed I could offer these candles to others, and in 2014, Antique Candle Works was born. My vision grew with the business – I wanted to create a company that felt like home. I hired the best candle crew to make it happen, and the vision came to life. We poured everything into making lovely candles with high-quality ingredients and personal experiences. I wanted people to get more than just a candle; I wanted them to get a piece of the warmth and love that went into making it. Today, I want each candle to be a blessing for you and your home.
