The Antonio J. Waring, Jr. Center for Public Archaeology is a research-oriented facility and repository within the Museums, Historical Sites, and Zoos sector, based in Atlanta, Georgia. Since the early 1970s, it has served as a regional hub for archaeological materials, housing thousands of prehistoric and historic collections in a secure, climate-controlled environment that meets federal curation standards (36 CFR 79).
