MISSION: Our mission is to teach under-resourced student-athletes how to leverage the characteristics acquired from the great game of football and apply them to their life beyond the gridiron. By engaging, educating, and empowering our young men through ACT prep, personal development workshops, and football development we hope to propel them into college, purposeful careers beyond college, and ultimately position them to become productive members of society. VISION: APEX Academy will provide under-resourced student-athletes with access to education, mentorship, and leadership development empowering them to reach their full potential in life. We were founded to guarantee that an individual’s current circumstances DO NOT indicate their future circumstances. APEX Academy will enforce a culture that continues to challenge the status quo by ensuring student-athletes have the opportunity to see the full scope of their personal and professional potential. We will partner with the student to insure that they understand the implications of the choices they make and the far reaching consequences of playing and living “all out” and settling for less than their calling. PURPOSE: Engage, Educate, & Empower each individual we encounter to ensure they reach their full potential both ON and OFF the football field. THREE MODELS: Our three models that we focus to help student-athletes reach the APEX (Achieving Personal Excellence) APEX Academy: Cohort Model (3 Year commitment for rising sophomores in high school) APEX Academy: Elevate Mini-Camp (One day workshop that combines ACT Prep Awareness, Achieving Personal Excellence Workshops, and on field football development) APEX Academy: Achieving Personal Excellence Workshops (Integrating our workshops with any current football camps, non-profits, universities, schools, and more) Temporary Landing Page - Website: http://www.apex-academy.org
