Apex does not design “cookie cutter” health and fitness plans for its members. We have three fitness options that are sure to help you get the level of individual attention you need. PLANS 1 ON 1 PERSONAL TRAINING Enjoy workouts in 30 to 60 minute sessions. We here at Apex Personal Training promise to work as hard as you do. All sessions are designed to be fun, efficient and effective. Get specialized attention and reach your personal health and fitness goals faster. Uniqueness is important in the world, it’s even more important to a workout plan and your training should reflect this. We will create a detailed workout plan customized just for you. Even if you have a physical limitation, we will also incorporate that into the plan to help you achieve your goals. GROUP “PERSONAL” TRAINING Group Personal Training is the latest trend to hit fitness. Notice the word “personal” after the word group. Group personal training is different from group training by far. Group training is when a class is following an instructor do exercising moves and the class, regardless of their own individual goals and regardless of any physical limitations they may have, all just follow the “piper” as best they can. With Group Personal Training, real coaching is involved, and each member in the group is doing his or her own customized design workout tailor-made for their level of fitness. Group Personal Training Weekly Class Schedule (1 hour session classes): Mondays: 9:00am, 5:00pm & 7:00pm Tuesday: 4:30pm & 5:30pm Wednesday: 9:00am & 5:00pm Thursday: 4:30pm & 5:30pm Friday: 9:00am Saturday: 10:00am PRIORITIZE STRENGTH & CONDITIONING PROGRAMS The prioritize strength and conditioning programs at Apex Personal Training helps you increase muscle mass, thus, helping you to increase the volume of energy the body uses every day. These programs, if faithfully followed, will tone and chisel your body and produce lean muscle.
