Apex Reimbursement Specialists is a dental practice revenue cycle and practice management consulting firm. Our mission is to help dental practices, from solo practices to large DSO’s, increase revenue and operational improvements by providing dental practices the education and tools, along with a multi-step analysis which includes the following services: fee negotiation, analyzing and optimizing carrier selection, reviewing and structuring internal office fee schedules (UCR), conducting a billing codes’ analysis in order to maximize both financial and clinical benefits, managing the credentialing process and distressed claims management to avoid potential financial loss.

Based on our experience and benchmarking analytics, we negotiate PPO fee schedules and DHMO capitation at the highest rates available. We recognize that time is of key importance to a dentist, and providing the best care possible is a hallmark of your practice.
