Appalachian Field Service, LLC (AFS), was founded in 2012 as a firm specializing in Right of Way land services. We acquire, manage and transfer land rights needed for building and maintaining our nation’s energy and transportation infrastructure. With more than 60 years of experience in the industry, from line route selection to project management, AFS’s founder plays a key role in every aspect of your experience. From the preliminary stages, budget oversight and acquisition through construction damage settlements, our team will be there with you every step of the way. The AFS team delivers Right of Way for government, electric utility, pipeline and various other infrastructure projects. AFS offers comprehensive acquisition  negotiations, market evaluations, due diligence, title, permitting, project management and related professional services.
