We pre-screen all appraisers to ensure they are familiar with the subject's market area and property type.  We maintain high quality standards with our internal review process. All orders are processed by a State Certified appraiser and follow USPAP (Uniform Standard of Professional Appraisal Practice), Frank/Dodd and Appraiser Independence guidelines.
