Founded in 1992, the company began with offices in Amsterdam and Miami. The company has positioned itself as a highly proficient asset manager with broad access to the international institutional markets. Our proprietary desk gives us independence and flexibility to select the most competitive financial products available in the market. The company focuses on emerging markets and G8 countries.

In 1994, the Rio de Janeiro office was opened to benefit from a local presence and help improve the administration of our portfolios. Our first dedicated Brazilian fund, the Brazilian Balanced Fund, started trading that same year.

In 2010, Arbitral Securities Ltd, a fully licensed Broker Dealer was opened in Nassau, Bahamas. Also in 2010, Arbitral Finance Inc, Miami, became a fully licensed Financial Advisor.
The shareholders of Arbitral are among the key managers of the company, a group of professionals with long and complementary experience in international investments and finance. As a result the company is able to retain their executives and limit employee turnover. The company's trading desk is present in the market on a daily basis with high volume transactions, which allows our clients access to institutional prices, thus substantially improving performance.
