ARC Wireless, LLC designs, manufactures, markets and sells a broad range of wireless equipment, network products and accessories. Our products include our ARCFlex™ line of full solution radios, Wi-Fi and WiMAX panel antennas, licensed and un-licensed band dish antennas, mobile GPS and cellular antennas, as well as base station antennas. Our products and systems are marketed worldwide through the Company’s internal sales force, OEMs, and reseller distribution channels. ARC Wireless was founded in 1987. We are a subsidiary of a publicly traded company on the NASDAQ exchange using the stock symbol “ARCW.” In 2001, ARC Wireless purchased some of the commercial assets of the wireless communications product line from Ball Aerospace Technology Corp., a subsidiary of Ball Corporation. We are proud to have manufactured products for AT&T Wireless, Sprint, Clearwire, Alcatel, Bechtel, Domital, General Dynamics, Jasco, LoJack, RCA, Telefonica, and Tessco, along with many others. The Company has also been featured numerous times in Deloitte & Touche’s 500 Fastest Growing Technology Companies and the Technology Fast 50, as well as in Denver Business Journal’s Fast 50 and ColoradoBiz’s Top 100 Colorado-Based Public Companies.
