Market Positioning Architecture, Incorporated is an award-winning DMV-based architecture, planning, and interior design firm with a broad portfolio spanning commercial, hospitality, education, healthcare, senior living, multifamily, and sports. This breadth suggests opportunities to cross-sell services to clients in adjacent sectors and to pursue larger, multi-discipline projects where integration of architecture, planning, and interior design adds value.

Financial Growth Signals Recent funding in late 2024 indicates access to capital for expansion and project scale. Coupled with high industry rankings and a steady stream of awards, this points to potential for pursuing larger or more complex commissions, joint ventures, or expanded service offerings with financial backing.

Strategic Partnerships Recent news of partnerships with Strescon Limited and collaboration with engineering firms signals openness to integrated delivery models and regional/ national project opportunities. Leverage these alliances to approach new clients requiring multi-disciplinary teams and to position as a preferred design partner.

Public Sector & Government Focus The firm’s portfolio includes public, private, and government clients, with recognition in regional design awards. There is a clear pathway to expand capture in government and public sector bids, particularly in planning, urban design, healthcare, education, and senior living projects where public sector procurement is active.

Brand and Capabilities Strong design credentials and top rankings across architecture and interior design segments (e.g., ENR, BD+C, Washington Business Journal) create a compelling storytelling angle for selling design-excellence and client-service excellence to prospective clients seeking innovative, award-winning solutions in complex environments.
