ARCOP, Inc. is a non-profit supply chain cooperative formed to support the Arby’s brand. Based in Atlanta, Georgia, and founded in 1978, it operates separately from Arby’s Restaurant Group, with governance by a Board of Trustees representing franchisees and ARG. By aggregating the purchasing power of nearly 3,400 Arby’s restaurants (about 70% franchised) in the United States, ARCOP procures a broad range of goods and services, including food, packaging, beverage, capital assets, energy, service programs, and freight and distribution management, with an annual spend around $1.5 billion.
