Arizona Center For Youth Resources (ACYR) is a small nonprofit based in Phoenix, Arizona, focused on developing young people as a key community resource. Since 1976 it has directed its work toward youth, offering academic, vocational, and employment programs designed to unlock potential and create pathways to education and work. The organization emphasizes a mission-driven approach and relies on three program priorities: caring staff; a menu of options that supports continued education, work-based learning, leadership development, and connections to employers; and the use of research-based youth development methods to keep programs meaningful and relevant.

ACYR reports that its graduates transition into meaningful roles in the community. Reported outcomes include that 91% complete or continue their program, 66% of employment-skills participants gain employment upon completion, and 81% earn a diploma or GED or complete a degree or certification. Additionally, 75% of those not continuing services move into employment or pursue post-secondary education.
