Arizona Correctional Industries (ACI) is a self-sustaining division of the Arizona Department of Corrections, Rehabilitation and Reentry (ADCRR). Our work is centered on building safer communities by creating real workforce opportunities for incarcerated individuals. Inside Arizona’s state correctional facilities, ACI runs modern production and service programs where individuals gain hands-on training, practical experience, and job skills that can support a successful return to the community.
