The Arkansas House of Representatives is the lower chamber of the Arkansas General Assembly, the state’s legislative branch. Headquartered in Little Rock, it is composed of 100 members elected from districts across Arkansas. The chamber convenes in Regular Sessions in odd-numbered years and in Fiscal Sessions in even-numbered years.

The body employs a mid-sized staff to support its legislative functions. In 2020, the House launched the Insurance Verification System, which began operating on January 1 of that year. In 2023, state Representative Delia Haak received the Opportunity Defender Award from the Opportunity Arkansas Foundation.
