Arlington Free Clinic (AFC) is a dynamic, award-winning, community-based organization that advances health equity by providing comprehensive, whole-person healthcare to our neighbors who would otherwise lack access.

We receive no federal funding, but rely on private donations, foundation grants and the dedication and commitment of hundreds of volunteer doctors, nurses, and other medical/non-medical supporters since we opened our doors in 1994.

For the 1,500 patients that we are able to provide care for at any given time, the Clinic is a fully-integrated medical home.  Patients come to us by referral from our community hospital or shelters; others become patients through our monthly intake process. All receive top-quality, comprehensive care.
