Art Buddies is a creative mentor program for underprivileged kids.

We believe in the power of creativity and one-on-one attention to change children’s lives. Our structured Art Buddies program helps children discover their creative gifts, believe in themselves, and dream of a brighter future.

Our creative volunteers come from all sorts of exciting fields — including advertising, graphic and interior design, film production, commercial photography, illustration, public relations, web design, and architecture.

During each 6- to 12-week after-school program, kids work with their mentors to create something fanciful, unique and more ambitious than they may have ever imagined, journaling their creative ideas and experience along the way. The programs end with a celebration of their achievements, including professional photos, a special presentation, and an exciting parade.

Since 1994, Art Buddies has inspired thousands of children through the power of creative mentoring.
