Art-Invest Real Estate (AIRE) is an experienced investor, developer and asset manager active in major urban markets across Germany, Austria, the United Kingdom and Scandinavia. Founded in 2010 and based in Cologne, the firm operates as a private partnership between the Zech Group and its managing partners.
