Art Omi is an organization in the Museums, Historical Sites, and Zoos sector, located at 1405 County Route 22 in Ghent, New York 12075, United States. Art Omi runs five residency programs—Architecture, Artists, Dance, Music, and Writers—through a competitive jury process, with residents attending at no cost beyond travel and with meals and lodging provided. Since its founding, Art Omi has hosted more than 2,000 artists from over 100 countries, fostering a diverse working community across disciplines. Art Omi also offers an education program that engages people of all ages with contemporary art through hands-on learning, and the site welcomes the public to its events and grounds free of charge and is open daily.
