ARTA Consulting was established as a direct result of the 2008 financial crisis. During my years in the corporate environment, I witnessed the many fluctuations that altered the landscape of organizations by seismic proportions - most notably the significant executive leadership changes and corporate downsizing at the onset of and the duration of the 2008 financial crisis. I experienced first-hand how the lack of leadership trust affected employee morale and motivation. As a result of what I view as an epidemic of the breakdown of employee trust and morale, I founded ARTA Consulting, LLC, with the intent of helping businesses and organizations improve morale, communicate more effectively, and focus on successful team-building. My methodology includes helping to increase production; develop cooperation, collaboration and increased motivation; and to elicit employee trust and create a culture of benevolence, consistency, and integrity to build greater satisfaction within the workplace, ultimately resulting in an increased bottom line. ARTA Consulting practices are guided by up-to-date best practices in the field of I/O Psychology and the American Psychological Association (APA) code of ethics.
