Arts Benicia is a private nonprofit organization based in Benicia, California, dedicated to stimulating, educating and nurturing the region's cultural life by coordinating, administering and publicizing the arts for public benefit. Since 1993, after acquiring a 2,400-square-foot space in the historic Arsenal area, the organization has operated an arts center and gallery that serves as a hub for a community of studio artists.

The gallery maintains a diverse exhibition program featuring work by more than a hundred local and Northern California artists, creating opportunities for artists at varying levels of experience to display and sell their work. In recent years, Arts Benicia has pursued skill-building initiatives, including projects focused on portraiture, as part of expanding its program offerings.
