ARZ Machining was founded in 1991 as a family owned CNC job shop in Grafton, Wisconsin. In 2007, two long time employees took over ownership of the business and starting working hard to transform it into what we are today. We upgraded our CAD/CAM software right away, then started slowly replacing our aging machinery with new more modern and efficient equipment to increase efficiency and quality. In 2010 we purchased a larger building that has a much more efficient layout and is located in an industrial area that has complementing metal fabrication facilities all within the same block. Once we got settled into the new building we upgraded our shop management software to connect all aspects of our business into one easy to use platform. Once we successfully integrated the new software into our daily operations we decided it was time to invest into a good design software and 3d printer. We are finding more and more uses for this new technology within our own shop and also as a value added service for our customers. Along the way we have been able to attract and keep a highly skilled and motivated workforce and we could not have gone this far without their hard work and dedication
