Aspen Properties is a fully integrated, privately held real estate company based in the city of Calgary. Together with investment partners, Aspen currently owns and manages approximately 4.25 million square feet of office space and 3,800 parking stalls in the cities of Calgary and Edmonton.

The portfolio includes eleven buildings in downtown Calgary and three in downtown Edmonton.

Aspen Properties was formed in 1998 by partners with extensive real estate experience, surrounded with a seasoned board of directors, and in the years since has established itself as a notable Alberta investor. It is an entrepreneurial, boutique real estate company that invests in downtown office buildings and executes on value add initiatives.

The company enjoys strong financial relationships and capital support. With blended yields from existing operations, new acquisitions, institutional financial support in debt and equity, and the development of new office property, Aspen's financial platform and management integrity has positioned it for strong, disciplined, conservatively capitalized growth.

Since inception, Aspen has completed in excess of $2.4 billion in acquisitions and dispositions involving 130 assets. In addition, the company's experience includes the acquisition and privatization of two TSX publicly traded company’s, the repositioning of assets and portfolios through value add initiatives and the development of a new 300,000 square foot "AA" office tower on the Palliser block in Calgary.
