GET TO KNOW ASPERGER WORKS INC. We are a young 501 (c)(3) not-for-profit charitable organization focusing on solving the employment problems many adult Aspergians and other autism spectrum disorders cope with. Those with AS are willing and able to work; but challenges like conducting job searches, managing professional networks, interviewing for jobs, and navigating around the social and political landmines of the workplace are major roadblocks to success. These challenges put adults on the autism spectrum at a great disadvantage. We want to work with both employers and potential employees and break down the barriers that stand in the way of success.
