ASPIRA of Florida is a nonprofit organization established in Florida in 1981 that supports youth to excel academically and become community leaders. Based in Miami, it operates three charter middle schools serving students in Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach Counties to drive educational achievement. It offers Youth Leadership Development programs designed to build cultural self-awareness, critical thinking, and social skills, aligned with its mission to develop a better educated, more community-conscious youth. The organization primarily serves minority youth, providing academic advisement, prevention services, college preparation and career awareness to help navigate educational pathways. In 2015, ASPIRA of Florida partnered with the Haitian Heritage Museum to open a satellite museum at the North Miami campus, illustrating collaboration with regional cultural institutions.
