Assessio is a SaaS company specialising in strategic HR and developing tests and tools in occupational psychology. Our tools can help organisations predict who has the best potential to succeed in a role, find future leaders within the organisation, identify toxic behaviours in leadership, and match candidates to the organisational culture through values.

We provide our customers with data-driven insights about both current and potential employees. By making decisions based on reliable data rather than gut feeling, we can discover the potential that exists and ensure that no talent goes to waste.

To teach organisations how to make better decisions based on data, our consultants hold both customer-specific and open training courses in our tools. Among other things, the focus is on our digital platform, where we have gathered all our tools for matching, selection, development and business-driven HR. The platform makes it easy to combine multiple tools, create ranking lists in screening processes, compare candidates with each other or compare a candidate with a group.
