We are a US company based in San Francisco, California. In 2008, we launched our Virtual Assistant services to this market and successfully deployed up to seven Virtual Assistants to dentist offices, real estate/business brokers, and executive recruiters. We also undertook outbound marketing campaigns in the later part of the year employing up to 25 Virtual Assistants to service Telecommunications and Energy Industry clients in North America. Our VAs work in a professionally-managed formal office with full administrative and IT support in the technology-rich districts of Makati and Ortigas in Metro-Manila, Philippines. They are carefully recruited from a rich pool of educated workers with experience in office management, staff support and call center operations. Our Philippine office uses state of the Internet Connectivity with redundant backups, VOIP telecommunications facilities, call tracking and quality assurance system. Our call centers are ISO 9001 certified and HIPAA compliant. Our US management team consists of professionals with over 75 years combined experience in finance, economics, marketing, operations, information and telecommunications technology. We have practiced these disciplines in large corporate settings and small business consulting engagements. Our Philippine management team has over 50 years combined experience in engineering, logistics, information and telecommunications technology.
