Associated Industries of Florida (AIF) is a not-for-profit, member-owned association that has represented Florida businesses before the state's legislative, judicial, and executive branches since 1920. Based in Tallahassee, its headquarters sit along the route between the Capitol and the governor's mansion, underscoring its role as a conduit between public policy and the marketplace. The organization is commonly described as Florida's voice for business, bringing together a diverse array of member companies to pursue an economic climate that supports growth and the welfare of the private sector. Its activities are overseen by a board of directors drawn from member firms, and the group seeks to reduce government burdens on employers while advocating solutions that protect business viability. In 2023, AIF launched the Center for Political Strategy to coordinate pro-business political activity. In 2025 it published its Session Priorities and introduced the Emerging Producers Program with partners from the entertainment industry.
