Leadership transition Upcoming leadership changes with a new president in June 2026 signal openness to strategic partnerships and fresh initiatives. This is a prime window to propose collaborations on innovation, equity programs, and cross-institutional consortia that align with a new strategic direction.

Membership network AJCU represents Jesuit higher education institutions nationwide, offering a built-in channel for scalable programs, shared services, and collaborative grants. Target opportunities around joint procurement, unified digital platforms, and centralized alumni engagement could yield efficiency and impact across member schools.

Technology footprint Existing tech stack includes iCIMS, Squarespace, WordPress, Microsoft 365, Google Cloud, and analytics (Piwik PRO Core). Opportunities exist to enhance recruitment, website modernization, cloud collaboration, and data analytics capabilities for member institutions and AJCU’s centralized initiatives.

Mission alignment As a faith-based, Jesuit network, there is potential to tailor programs in education access, affordability, and social justice partnerships. Proposals around Pell grant advocacy support, student achievement analytics, and community impact initiatives could resonate with AJCU’s values-driven agenda.

Financial scale Revenue in the $1–10 million range with a broad national footprint suggests opportunities for scalable, multi-institution offerings such as standardized platforms, shared services, or revenue-generating digital experiences that serve multiple member institutions efficiently.
