Alpha Bank Cyprus Ltd (“Alpha Bank”) signed a Business Transfer Agreement with AstroBank Public Company Ltd (”AstroBank”) for the transfer of substantially the whole of the latter’s banking operations to Alpha Bank. 
The transfer took place on 31/10/25. Alpha Bank has fully assumed the management of the transferred accounts, products and services of AstroBank, ensuring continuity and seamless customer service.
