Dr. Alan Strong, Certified Consulting Hypnotist, provides hypnosis services for children, students, and adults.   Building on 30 plus years as an educator -- having worked with students from Kindergarten through graduate school -- Dr. Strong applies his interests and expertise in working with young people (and adults!) through hypnosis to help them deal with problem issues and become the very best they can be!

Hypnosis can be effective for a variety of issues for children, including learning problems, stress, bedwetting, thumb sucking and other habits, self-esteem issues, fear of the dark and nightmares.

Students of any age, from Kindergarten through graduate school, are often faced with issues for which hypnosis can be used effectively.  These include, but are not limited to:  test anxiety, focus and attention, and academic performance.

As well as helping deal with problems, hypnosis can help children and adolescents (and adults as well!) gain improvement in self-confidence and the ability to succeed.
