Our appraisals are transmitted either by ACI or by PDF file format. We accept all major credit cards over the phone, online or at the appraisal site. We cover most of the major counties in Maryland and also offer RUSH orders for same day service at an additional cost. We specialize in residential single family homes but can also perform appraisals for small income properties, re-certification of value, ap-praisal updates, FHA appraisals, satisfactory completion, condominium appraisals, 1004MC, UAD and much, much more.
