At Home Health is a female, minority-owned and operated corporation. The company was founded in 1996 and is a multi-cultural, multi-lingual, state certified Medicare agency, which specializes in providing homebound healthcare services to seniors in Urban areas.

The entire scope of services provided by At Home Health is accomplished through the concept of “on-site management.” This allows for a case manager, one of the company's licensed professionals,  to coordinate service delivery. All disciplines are addressed to ensure that each patient receives the maximum benefit from services.

Since its inception, At Home Health, Inc. has served over 2,000 seniors throughout the Philadelphia area.
