A.T. Still University (ATSU) is a not-for-profit higher education institution founded in 1892 as the founding institution of osteopathic healthcare. Based in Kirksville, Missouri, it operates across three campuses—Kirksville, Mesa, Arizona, and Santa Maria, California—on more than 200 acres and comprises seven schools. The university offers residential and online health sciences graduate programs and maintains community-based partnerships worldwide, enrolling students from more than 20 countries and employing more than 1,300 staff. The institution functions as a multidisciplinary health sciences educator, integrating the core tenets of osteopathic medicine with current scientific knowledge.
