As a third-generation entrepreneur, I’ve been learning those navigational skills since grade school. I spent the first 15-yrs of my career as hands-on COO of a rapidly growing architecture firm, and facilitating our weekly leadership team meetings — where we grappled with every kind of decision you face growing a company in uncertain terrain. And for the past 18+ years I've seen inside the decisions of every stage of business - from the challenges of a startup, to the growing pains and victories, to the daunting gauntlet of M&A. I've stepped in as a turn-around CEO, and advised 100+ clients including C-Suite Execs, seasoned and first-time founders from seed stage to +$200M ARR.
